The Whole Property, Just for You

Want the Heywood all to yourselves? Rent our full property and your group becomes our only guests — no strangers in the halls, no shared spaces with anyone outside your crew. All 7 rooms have private baths, and our courtyard is the perfect spot for relaxing nights and lazy mornings together. Our staff can be as hands-on or as invisible as you’d like — whether that means arranging dinners and activities or simply leaving you to enjoy your space. Meetings at the Heywood

You’re not the average company, we’re not your average hotel!

We offer creative space for corporate retreats and other “coffee-table” style meetings. With a full-property rental, we can accommodate meetings of 10-25 participants. Our meeting rates bundle lodging and are quite affordable. We include support staff, smart TV, whiteboard, coffee, tea and water service, and catering assistance if needed. Our meeting space is full of natural light and perfect for team building. We’d love to inspire your team to unlock its greatest collective potential!

Activities and Adventures

Combine your stay at the Heywood with an outdoor adventure, city tour, private dining or shopping experience, or visit to a craftsman studio where you can make your own souvenirs. The Nitty Gritty

Group Size

Full-property rentals for lodging can accommodate up to 15 guests. Standard group rentals for lodging can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, to ensure the comfort of other guests staying with us. For private events, please inquire.

Rooms & Occupancy

The Heywood has 7 rooms. Each room has one king- or queen-sized luxury bed and can sleep a maximum of two guests. Room 7 has an additional sofa sleeper and can sleep a third guest. Each room has a private bath.

What’s Included

With a full property rental, your group will have exclusive use of our 7 guest rooms, plus lobby, outdoor courtyard and patio areas. Our concierge and housekeeping staff are on site daily from 7:00am to 7:00pm and are completely dedicated to your group’s needs. All rates include free parking, free wifi, free coffee/tea service, free concierge service and daily housekeeping, and VIP extras. There are no additional or hidden fees.

Parties, Events & Private Gatherings

Small events are welcome at the Heywood with rental of the full property. Please email us with what you have in mind and we’ll take it from there!

Cancellation & Change Policy

Your rental agreement will contain the full policies for your group reservation including the cancellation and change policy. For full-property rentals, 50% is typically required to reserve the property and the balance is due at the time your cancellation window closes (typically 60 or 90 days prior to arrival). Discounts are provided for payment by check or wire transfer.
